Who We Are
Entrepreneurial spirit with big business skill
Conceiving, shaping and transforming brands since 2002, we partner with companies looking to achieve specific goals. Over the years, we’ve collaborated with more than 200 clients in our backyard and across our borders to ultimately forge brands and drive revenue.
With a mix of backgrounds and various industry specialties, our team tackles the issue from every angle. We believe this strengthens our ability to create sound strategies. We blend a team-oriented approach with inherent entrepreneurialism to build the strongest brands. Among other things, we are creative thinkers, problem solvers and can-do-ers.
Approach
A true branding firm
Our philosophy is based on inspiration and innovation. We encourage companies to think beyond a marketing-only approach, and instead, challenge them to find “own their space” in the marketplace. We define a brand by identifying its unique position and arm our clients with strategies that make the competition irrelevant.
We believe that brand equity is an asset that holds supreme value. The brand affects a company’s ability to attract clients and prospects, grow market share and increase revenue. We help business owners think holistically. The brand must account for every aspect of the organization: sales, marketing and operations. The brand is the whole package – it must effectively reach and attract customers, communicate differentiation of services and products, and deliver on promises made about those differentiating points.
We start the process by diving deep into the competitive landscape of any client to explore the challenges and opportunities that exist. Beyond defining the brand and identifying the “marketplace position” that will allow for the company to capitalize on the greatest opportunity, we work to create focused marketing strategies, designed to enable organizations to achieve tangible results.
We use a 7-step process to “Forge Brands, Drive Revenue.” Along the way we establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure we are gaining the necessary traction to accomplish goals. This innovative approach resonates well with the accountability to produce positive results. We forge brands that drive revenue!
How We’re Different
Setting ourselves apart from others
We believe that differentiation is the essential component to developing strong brands. We work to achieve differentiation for our clients because it’s how we have maintained consistent growth for the past decade. What truly separates us from our competitors is the holistic approach we use to align overall marketing efforts with the company’s sales and operations efforts. All three parts of business (sales, marketing and operations) must work in unison.
Brand Iron integrates brand development with marketing implementation and results tracking to ensure that the tactics implemented are producing tangible, real-life results. If not, necessary modifications are made and adjusted accordingly to make sure the new efforts are producing results. Our goal is to make sure that our clients have a positive “brand experience” when they work with us.
Our 7-step process and focus on accountability through the use of KPIs − combined with our entrepreneurial approach − is what makes us unique.
What is Branding?
Our definition
A brand is more than a cool name and a snappy logo, and it’s not synonymous with “marketing.” Your brand should be an entire story. It starts with a memorable image and a clear message. This is your introduction to the marketplace – the first image customers recognize, remember and respond to. We believe that a company’s brand equity – i.e. the financial value of the company – is an asset that can hold supreme value. However, unless you have a strong business model to support the brand, the image means nothing. To truly forge a strong brand, you have to build a business from the inside out…and then ultimately be able to deliver on the brand promise.
