Time to plan for 2010

Now that we are in the 4th quarter it is the time to take a look at how we faired this year and plan to take our brands and results to the next level for 2010. If you’re like the vast majority of the companies out there you’re probably starting to look seriously at how to pick things up for this coming year. Here are a few things to look at which can help you reach your goals and objectives for 2010:

1) Have a vision of just what you are trying to accomplish in 2010 and be committed to it
2) Know how you and your company is going to be “the next big thing” this coming year
3) Know how you are going to be memorable and stay in the forefront of the people and customers who you want to be doing business with
4) Understand how you are you going to reach out and utilize social networking, social media and the internet to build relationships
5) You need to know how you are going to execute and get it done
6) Understand your ABC’s – Always be closing!

Now is the time to plan to put together a plan to crush your goals for this coming year. And now is the time to map out specifically how you are going position your company to be the next big thing and make 2010 a year to remember.
