Primary Job Functions:
Responsible for overall management of generating new business to the agency. Develops, directs and implements the internal sales process for potential clients. Oversees development and strategy of Brand Iron sales and is responsible for measuring effectiveness and refining the sales strategy as needed. Manages potential client relationships through the sales process and assisting in transferring the account to a Brand Manager. Leads new business presentations and is accountable for keeping a full pipeline of leads for the agency.

Ability to communicate the value of Brand Iron effectively
Builds strategic relationship with business partners and clients
Identifies potential lead-producing activities and networking events
Continually evaluates the ROI of sales efforts
Familiar with a consultative sales model
Identifies potential areas of client growth
Cultivates and acts on leads
Build contacts through our Partner Network, and continually builds new contacts within Brand Iron’s targeted industries
Communicates the sales pipeline at weekly staff meetings
Utilizes current sales process and materials to develop year-long sales plan
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience, a plus
Implements and oversees the development of sales material or presentations
Ability to tactically execute the long-term sales plan
Provides strategic counsel to agency president on sales tactics
Prepares new business proposals, with emphasis on profitability
Exhibits exemplary business leadership, professionalism and presentation skills.
