Founded in 1986, Forensic Laboratories is a Denver-based drug testing laboratory with more than 20 years of legally-defensible toxicology experience.
Situation
Forensic Laboratories was a well-established drug testing laboratory with a strong track record of success. The business goal was to achieve a substantial increase in revenue over the course of five years. To support the growth of the company, which included expansion of their current location and the hiring of additional sales people, Forensic Laboratories enlisted the help of Brand Iron to revamp their current brand, messaging and marketing communications. The goal of the new brand was to enable Forensic Laboratories to compete and win market share from larger, national labs and prominent online drug- testing providers.
Strategy
Brand Iron developed a new logo that was more refined and presented them in a new and improved light to their current and prospective customers. Brand Iron also worked closely with Forensic Laboratories to re-package and reorganize the vertical-specific programs and benefits they offered to clients. Finally, Brand Iron developed the new website along with new marketing materials, which included an overview brochure and vertical-specific sales sheets.
